The challenge. A neighbourhood bakery took every custom-cake order by phone, mid-rush, on a notepad by the till. Orders got missed, details got garbled, and the owner could not be on the counter and the phone at once.
What we built. A simple site with an online order form that asks the questions the owner used to ask by phone, and drops each request straight into an inbox they check between batches.
The outcome. Orders arrive written down, complete, and time-stamped — including the ones placed at eleven at night, which the phone was never going to catch.
